Suite Home Boutique Hotel

I really loved everything about this hotel. It is situated in a great part of town near the palace and centre of town as well as the riverside. It has a great area in the front to relax and watch the world go by. The inside sitting area is also very comfortable with an impressive wine bar in the back.The room was very clean and comfortable with a good sized room safe that can fit a medium sized laptop. I had a balcony room facing the road and would highly recommend it over the other rooms that are a bit small and have only a smallish window.The staff were wonderful and catered to my every need. Be aware that it is best to request room cleaning if you want it as I asked the staff about this and they said, they let customers request it, they don't just do it as some customers don't like people coming into their rooms.There are restaurants and a cafe close by and if your not a meat eater, there are two vegetarian restaurants next to each other about 20 metres up the road on the other side where you can get a great meal from $2-$3.50 USD. There is also a printing shop and laundry service next door, and next to that a street vendor that sells awesome Vietnamese iced coffee for less than a $1 USD, and two more coffee vendors 30 metres down the road!I hired a motorbike for my whole time there and the night security staff move it inside for safety every night then move it out for you in the morning so you don't have to worry about it getting stolen.This is a highly recommended establishment.

Hot water in the shower ran out quite quickly in my room (top floor balcony), so just be aware of that. They were looking into the hot water problem while I was there.The other minor issue was the Wi-Fi signal in my front balcony room was quite poor. Personally I always get a local SIM card and hot spotting of that. They are very cheap. You pay about $5 USD for the number (ask for the longer number, as a shorter phone number is a few dollars more) and the actual data plan is $1.50 USD for 7 days and 20GB.

Good location, only a few minute walk to royal palace. Many great restaurants around. Amazing staff, really kind people who make sure you’re well taken care of. Breakfast was good too!

The wifi was a bit weak, the bathroom tap could use fixing or replacement, and the room could use a bit more light :)

Very comfy and clean. Nice water pressure. Spacious room. Owner and front desk are very kind. Great breakfast. Amazing location. Behind the royal palace. Highly recommend!!!

Bed very uncomfortable and aircon was leaking. Had to move room…

The staff were amazing n the breakfast was fine. Be aware there are some stairs but are manageable. I had an issue n the staff went out of their way to fix it immediately. There is winebar attached n its in a great area near bars n restaurants. Bed was comfy.

Pictures of the place were deceiving.The steep stairs is hazardous for guests. There were holes and cracks in the ceiling in the room..The towels were grey(!). The cord to the kettle did not reach the socket. Disappointing as a little more thought would have made the place nice.

It was ‘OK’ in every way. Breakfast was very limited, staff were always at the front desk but we didn’t see them at any other point (no option to have room cleaned)

Perfect location, very central. The people working here are very friendly and warm. Bed is big and comfortable.

Not a fan of the shower, the shower head was barely fixed to the wall so have to hold it in your hand most of the time. Also has a lot of potential when it comes to amenities; could use hand soap and cuter looking showergel and shampoo. My room was on the second floor closer to the street, so there is quite a lot of noise from mopeds etc. Just good to be aware of.

Nice big room and good breakfast. It’s above a fancy French wine bar.

No hot water for the entire stay. This is somewhat usual in more rural areas with poor infrastructure but in the city I don’t think it should be the case. At least one other room also didn’t have hot water.

The staff is very friendly, the location great and the bed comfortable. The hotel itself is cool, it just needs a tiny bit of maintenance. Breakfast was included but basic.

The lighting is a bit weak

- Good location, just behind the royal palace;- Very kind and helpful staff, the last day since I checked out early in the morning the guy at the reception prepared for me a sandwich take-away for breakfast;- Very comfy bed and pillows, everything was clean;- Free water refill;- Breakfast has different options and they were all very tasty but coffee is not included.

I was at 2nd floor and the stairs are quite steep, there's no elevator.

Nice quiet room in a good location close to the palace. The staff was very welcoming and helped us in any way. We can strongly recommend this place.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast is included and amazing - freshly cooked to order. The location is good - close to royal palace, 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is quite run down. The ceiling in my room was leaking.. the aircon wasn't working properly - didn't change the fan speed. Saturday night there was a huge party in the tiny lobby - very hard to get rest. Overall - it's very overpriced.

Good location, walking distance from the palace and the river. Some nights they have concerts downstairs, but they were always finished by the time we went to sleep (with young children), so overall no noise at night.

Excellent downtown location - almost everything walkable. Bathroom and bed standard/good- quiet side street - slept very well and staff very friendly

Safe box was blocked in open position- could not be used

Good place where to stay in Phnom Penh, spacious room, nice staff, very close to the main attractions.
